Implementation Engineer

Deploy and configure web applications and APIs in Development, UAT, and Production environments.

Manage and troubleshoot Microsoft IIS web servers and application hosting.

Install, renew, and update SSL certificates for web applications and APIs.

Configure and maintain Windows and Linux servers.

Execute Oracle database release scripts, including table alterations, stored procedures, packages, functions, views, and data migration scripts.

Perform application and database health checks after deployments.

Troubleshoot application, API, database, and infrastructure-related issues.

Monitor application performance and availability using Grafana and other monitoring tools.

Support Kubernetes deployments and troubleshoot containerized applications.

Coordinate production releases and provide implementation support.

Perform root cause analysis (RCA) for production incidents and implement preventive measures.

Prepare deployment documentation, release notes, and implementation reports.
