Position Overview
As a Senior Functional Consultant, you will have the opportunity to work with some of our most prestigious clients, leading project teams and delivering large-scale international initiatives with a high level of autonomy and ownership.
You will play a key role in business development activities throughout the project lifecycle, with both strategic and operational responsibilities. You will be responsible for analyzing business processes and designing and implementing SaaS and PaaS solutions on Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP, specifically within the Finance domain.
You will manage issues and priorities, support client management in decision-making, oversee timelines, ensure the achievement of expected results and quality standards, and act as the main point of contact for all project stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze client financial processes and identify optimization opportunities
- Design and implement Oracle Fusion Cloud Finance solutions (SaaS/PaaS)
- Lead and coordinate project teams across international environments
- Manage project issues, risks, and priorities effectively
- Support client management in strategic and operational decision-making
- Monitor project timelines, delivery quality, and performance outcomes
- Act as the primary point of contact for stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle
- Contribute to business development activities, including effort and cost estimation and pre-sales client negotiation
Experience & Qualifications:
- At least 4 years of project experience with Oracle Finance solutions
- Strong knowledge of Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP architecture
- Proven experience in managing complex, international projects
- Experience in business development, including estimation and pre-sales activities
- Fluency in English, with experience working in international teams
