Digital Marketing Specialist
Role Overview
We are seeking a versatile Digital Marketing Specialist with 4–6 years of experience to join our team. You will independently handle end-to-end digital strategies for multiple clients, combining creative execution (branding, social media, content) with analytical marketing (SEO, performance marketing, campaign reporting). As a client-facing lead, you must possess strong communication skills to manage relationships and present data-driven results confidently.
Key Responsibilities
Multi-Client Account Management
- Act as the primary strategic point of contact for multiple client portfolios.
- Translate complex marketing data into clear, actionable insights for clients.
- Pitch new ideas, retain existing business, and identify organic upsell opportunities.
Organic Growth (SEO, Content & LinkedIn)
- Build and execute full-funnel content strategies to build authority and trust.
- Drive organic traffic via on-page, off-page, and technical SEO optimizations.
- Manage client executives' personal brands and company pages on LinkedIn.
Creative & Branding
- Conceptualize and draft briefs for digital posters, social graphics, and ads.
- Maintain strict brand consistency, visual alignment, and tone across all channels.
- Write copy for landing pages, social media captions, and ad creatives.
Paid Campaigns & Analytics
- Set up, optimize, and scale performance marketing campaigns (Meta, Google Ads).
- Build comprehensive monthly reports tracking ROI, CAC, ROAS, and conversions.
- Run continuous A/B testing on ad creatives, audiences, and landing pages.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Experience: 4–6 years of hands-on digital marketing experience, specifically managing multiple external clients simultaneously.
- Work Mode: Full-time, Work from Office (On-site location).
- Communication: Exceptional verbal, written, and presentation skills in English.
- Paid Ads Mastery: Proven track record running profitable paid ad campaigns.
- SEO Expertise: Expert proficiency with Google Analytics 4, Search Console, Ahrefs, or Semrush.
- Design Literacy: Basic canvas/design coordination skills to direct digital poster creation.
