Brief Description

Job Summary 

We are looking for a DevOps Engineer with 2–5 years of experience in building and managing CI/CD pipelines, cloud infrastructure, and automated deployment systems. The ideal candidate will be responsible for streamlining the software delivery lifecycle, improving system reliability and scalability, automating infrastructure and operations, and collaborating closely with development and QA teams. The role requires strong technical expertise, ownership of infrastructure and deployment deliverables, and the ability to drive DevOps best practices across projects. 

Key Responsibilities 

  • Design, build, and maintain CI/CD pipelines to enable fast, reliable, and automated software delivery. 

  • Provision and manage cloud infrastructure on AWS, Azure, or GCP using Infrastructure as Code. 

  • Containerize applications and manage orchestration using Docker and Kubernetes. 

  • Automate routine operational tasks through scripting and configuration management tools. 

  • Set up and maintain monitoring, logging, and alerting for applications and infrastructure. 

  • Manage source control workflows, branching strategies, and release management. 

  • Implement and enforce security best practices across pipelines and infrastructure (DevSecOps). 

  • Troubleshoot build, deployment, networking, and production environment issues. 

  • Collaborate with development, QA, and product teams to streamline the delivery lifecycle. 

  • Optimize cloud cost, performance, scalability, and system reliability. 

  • Support incident management, root cause analysis, and post-incident reviews. 

  • Maintain documentation for infrastructure, processes, and runbooks. 

  • Participate actively in Agile/Scrum ceremonies, sprint planning, and reviews. 

  • Identify automation and process improvement opportunities and contribute to DevOps best practices. 

 

 

Preferred Skills

 

  • Strong hands-on experience with at least one major cloud platform (AWS, Azure, or GCP). 

  • Experience building and managing CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins, GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, or Azure DevOps. 

  • Proficiency with containerization and orchestration using Docker and Kubernetes. 

  • Experience with Infrastructure as Code tools such as Terraform, CloudFormation, or Ansible. 

  • Strong scripting skills in Bash, Python, or PowerShell. 

  • Solid understanding of Linux administration and networking fundamentals. 

  • Experience with monitoring and logging tools such as Prometheus, Grafana, ELK Stack, CloudWatch, or Datadog. 

  • Familiarity with Git and source control workflows. 

  • Understanding of security best practices and DevSecOps concepts. 

  • Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments. 

  • Strong analytical, troubleshooting, communication, and collaboration skills. 

Nice to Have (AI/ML & MLOps) 

  • Exposure to MLOps practices and tools such as MLflow, Kubeflow, SageMaker, or Vertex AI. 

  • Experience building or supporting CI/CD pipelines for machine learning models (training, validation, and deployment). 

  • Familiarity with model serving and inference infrastructure (e.g., KServe, Seldon, TensorFlow Serving, or Triton). 

  • Understanding of model versioning, experiment tracking, and feature store concepts. 

  • Experience deploying and scaling AI/ML or Generative AI workloads on GPU-based infrastructure. 

  • Awareness of LLMOps concepts such as prompt management, model monitoring, and drift detection. 

  • Exposure to data pipeline and workflow orchestration tools such as Airflow or Dagster. 

Qualification & Experience 

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field. 

  • 2–5 years of hands-on experience in DevOps, Cloud, or Infrastructure Engineering. 

  • Proven experience designing and maintaining CI/CD pipelines and automated deployments. 

  • Experience managing cloud infrastructure and containerized workloads in production. 

  • Ability to independently own infrastructure deliverables and support cross-functional teams. 

  • Relevant cloud certifications (AWS, Azure, or GCP) are an added advantage.
