Brief Description

ECS Fin is an engineering enterprise that specializes in process optimization. Our software solutions which include an enterprise messaging management system, a SWIFT certified transaction processing system, a post trade processing application and a treasury management system are used by different Financial Institutions and Corporates all over the world.

ECS Fin is looking for candidates for the following position based in Trivandrum.

Java Technical Lead- 2 Positions

Experience: 5+ Years

 

 

Preferred Skills

  • 6–8 years of hands-on experience in Java, Spring Boot and Microservices architecture.
  • Proficiency in design patterns.
  • Experience with RESTful APIs, cloud platforms (Azure/AWS), and containerization.
  • Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, GitLab CI/CD) and API gateways (Kong/Zuul).

Communication & Collaboration:

  • Strong written/verbal communication skills for cross-functional teamwork.
  • Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.

Additional Technical Skills:

  • Database Systems: SQL (PostgreSQL/Oracle DB) and NoSQL (MongoDB).
  • Messaging Systems: Kafka, RabbitMQ/ActiveMQ.
  • Testing Frameworks: JUnit, Mockito.
  • Security: OAuth2, JWT, secure coding practices.

Soft Skills:

  • Problem-solving, leadership in code reviews/mentorship, and ability to troubleshoot complex systems.
  • Experience collaborating with frontend teams, DevOps, and product managers.

Nice-to-Have Skills:

  • Exposure to DevOps practices.
  • Familiarity with frontend basics (React).
  • Certifications in cloud platforms.
