Brief Description

We are looking for a proactive and customer-focused Inside Sales Executive to support our sales and business development activities. The role involves contacting prospective customers, introducing our products and services, conducting product demonstrations, engaging with potential clients, and maintaining regular follow-ups to generate and nurture business opportunities. The ideal candidate should possess strong communication skills, a customer-centric approach, and the ability to effectively present product features and benefits to drive customer interest and conversions.

**Key Responsibilities**

* Make outbound calls to prospective customers to generate and qualify leads.
* Introduce, explain, and promote the company's products and services to potential clients.
* Conduct product demonstrations through virtual platforms and effectively showcase product features and benefits.
* Engage with prospects to understand their requirements and identify business opportunities.
* Follow up on leads, nurture customer relationships, and maintain consistent customer engagement.
* Schedule and coordinate product demonstrations and meetings with prospective clients.
* Handle customer inquiries, provide accurate information, and address concerns professionally.
* Maintain accurate records of calls, customer interactions, leads, and follow-up activities.
* Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.
* Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly targets related to calls, lead generation, demonstrations, and conversions.
* Prepare periodic reports on lead status, customer feedback, and sales activities.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Any graduate or diploma holder.
  • Excellent verbal communication skills in English and regional languages.
  • Strong interpersonal and customer-handling abilities.
  • Basic knowledge of MS Office and CRM tools.
  • Ability to explain products clearly and professionally.
  • Good follow-up and organizational skills.
  • Prior experience in telecalling, telesales, customer support, or lead generation is preferred.
