Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Finance Manager to oversee the company's financial operations, budgeting, compliance, and reporting. The ideal candidate will play a key role in financial planning, business analysis, cash flow management, and supporting strategic decision-making to drive organizational growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end financial operations, accounting, and reporting activities.
- Prepare and review monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
- Develop budgets, forecasts, and financial plans to support business objectives.
- Monitor cash flow, working capital, and fund utilization.
- Ensure compliance with GST, TDS, Income Tax, and other statutory regulations.
- Coordinate internal, statutory, and tax audits.
- Oversee Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, payroll processing, and reconciliations.
- Prepare MIS reports, financial dashboards, and management reports.
- Conduct profitability analysis, cost optimization, and financial risk assessments.
- Support leadership with financial insights and business decision-making.
- Implement and maintain financial controls, policies, and process improvements.
- Lead and mentor the finance and accounts team.
