About the Role

Marvelloux Apps Pvt. Ltd. is seeking experienced and passionate Digital Marketing professionals interested in mentoring aspiring students and fresh graduates. The ideal candidate will have hands-on industry experience in Digital Marketing and a genuine interest in guiding, coaching, and sharing practical knowledge through mentoring sessions, workshops, and academic engagements.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct engaging and industry-relevant Digital Marketing mentoring sessions.
  • Guide students through practical industry exposure, real-world case studies, and career development.
  • Deliver workshops, seminars, guest lectures, and mentoring sessions at colleges, universities, and educational institutions.
  • Develop and update mentoring materials, presentations, assignments, and practical exercises as required.
  • Provide project guidance, industry insights, and constructive feedback to learners.
  • Mentor students on current industry trends, career opportunities, job readiness, and professional development.
  • Support students in understanding real-world Digital Marketing practices and business applications.
  • Collaborate with the Marvelloux team to ensure effective learning experiences and learner engagement.
  • Stay updated with emerging Digital Marketing trends, tools, and technologies.
  • Represent Marvelloux Apps Pvt. Ltd. professionally during institutional and academic engagements.

Eligibility Criteria

Required Qualifications & Experience

  • Minimum 2 years of hands-on industry experience in Digital Marketing.
  • Currently working or previously employed in a Digital Marketing role.
  • Strong understanding of Digital Marketing concepts, strategies, tools, and industry best practices.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Passion for mentoring, coaching, and knowledge sharing.
  • Ability to engage, motivate, and guide students from diverse educational backgrounds.
  • Willingness to travel across Kerala for mentoring sessions, workshops, and academic engagements.

Preferred Skills

Preferred Qualifications & Experience

  • Prior experience conducting workshops, mentoring sessions, webinars, training programs, or guest lectures.
  • Industry-recognized Digital Marketing certifications.
  • Experience managing live campaigns, projects, or client engagements.
  • Exposure to student mentoring, skill-development programs, or academic engagements.
  • Strong awareness of current industry trends and career opportunities.

Travel Requirement

  • Primary location is Thiruvananthapuram, Kerala.
  • Must be willing to travel to colleges, universities, corporate events, and educational institutions across Kerala as required.
  • Availability during weekends (Saturday and/or Sunday) is preferred.
  • Travel and related expenses will be reimbursed as per company policy.
