We're looking for an experienced ServiceNow professional to strengthen our Configuration Management Database (CMDB) capability. You'll work on improving data quality, structuring configuration items and relationships, and building integrations that keep our ServiceNow environment accurate and reliable.
Required Skills and Experience:

5-7 years of hands-on experience with ServiceNow, including CMDB, Incident, Change, Request, and Asset modules

Experience with data migration, mapping, and reconciliation between systems

Strong knowledge of CI class modeling and relationship/dependency mapping best practices

Hands-on experience with Import Sets and Transform Maps

Practical experience configuring and managing MID Servers for on-prem and hybrid integrations

Experience building integrations using REST/SOAP APIs, Scripted REST APIs, and webhooks

Familiarity with integration platforms such as MuleSoft or Jitterbit

Working knowledge of OAuth 2.0, token-based, and basic authentication for integrations

Solid understanding of ITIL-aligned ITSM processes, Service Catalog, and Knowledge Management

Comfort working with multiple ITSM platforms and translating between different data structures
