- Receive, review, filter, and propose products and services related to Requests for Proposals (RFPs) and Quotations (RFQs) from customers.
- Respond to customer clarifications and engage in negotiations regarding proposals, ensuring timely follow-up and closure.
- Manage processes using SAP Business One ERP.
- Apply knowledge of relevant processes and exercise decision-making and judgment throughout all activities.
- Interact with customers based in Middle Eastern countries and suppliers from around the globe, requiring strong oral and written communication and negotiation skills.
- Ensure timely responses to RFPs, demonstrating effective time management skills.
- This role is office-based and does not require physical meetings with customers or suppliers.
Qualifications:
- Graduates, preferably with an engineering background.
- Strong oral and written communication skills.
- Effective negotiation skills
Experience:
- 1-2 years of relevant experience, preferably in a Senior Technical Sales Support role; freshers are also encouraged to apply.
- Experience in a related industry is a plus.
- Strong oral and written communication and negotiation skills.
- Proficient in data entry.
- Skills in sourcing, procurement, and analysis are advantageous.
