We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Automation Test Engineer Intern with a strong interest in software testing and test automation. The ideal candidate should have basic knowledge of Selenium, programming concepts, and software testing principles. This internship offers an opportunity to gain hands-on experience in functional and automation testing while working with experienced QA professionals.
Responsibilities
Assist in developing and maintaining automated test scripts using Selenium.
Support functional testing activities and help identify repetitive test scenarios suitable for automation.
Create and execute test cases based on business and technical requirements.
Collaborate with developers, QA engineers, and business teams to understand application functionality.
Document test cases, test results, and defects.
Participate in API testing activities involving REST services and JSON payloads.
Report bugs and track issues through their lifecycle.
Learn and follow QA processes, testing standards, and best practices.
Contribute to maintaining quality throughout the software development lifecycle.
