Role: US IT Recruiter

Skills:
- A good understanding of the software development lifecycle and IT concepts
- Familiarity with IT terminologies and roles across technologies
- Hands-on experience with Boolean search techniques for candidate sourcing
- Basic knowledge of US tax terms (for experienced recruiters)
- Screening candidates to assess both technical understanding and cultural fit
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
