We are seeking a talented and motivated AI Engineer with hands-on experience in both Artificial Intelligence (AI) and Machine Learning (ML) projects. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, deploying, and optimizing AI-driven solutions that solve real-world business challenges.
The role requires a strong foundation in machine learning, deep learning, data processing, and modern AI technologies, along with the ability to build scalable and production-ready AI applications. The candidate will work closely with cross-functional teams to develop intelligent solutions leveraging traditional ML techniques as well as Generative AI and Large Language Models (LLMs).
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and deploy AI and Machine Learning models for business applications.
- Build and optimize predictive, classification, recommendation, and generative AI solutions.
- Develop and maintain end-to-end AI/ML pipelines, from data ingestion and preprocessing to model deployment and monitoring.
- Work with structured and unstructured datasets to extract insights and build intelligent systems.
- Fine-tune, evaluate, and optimize machine learning and deep learning models.
- Develop AI-powered applications using Large Language Models (LLMs), Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), and prompt engineering techniques.
- Integrate AI solutions with enterprise applications, APIs, and cloud platforms.
- Collaborate with Product, Engineering, QA, and Business teams to understand requirements and deliver impactful solutions.
- Monitor model performance, identify drift, and continuously improve model accuracy and efficiency.
- Stay updated with the latest advancements in AI, Machine Learning, and Generative AI technologies.
Required Qualifications
- 2 to 5 years of hands-on experience in AI and Machine Learning projects.
- Strong understanding of Machine Learning algorithms, statistical modeling, and data analysis techniques.
- Experience in developing and deploying production-grade AI/ML solutions.
- Proficiency in Python and its AI/ML ecosystem.
- Strong problem-solving, analytical, and debugging skills.
- Experience working in Agile development environments.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
