Job Overview
We are seeking an experienced Project Manager with a strong product and delivery mindset to lead strategic technology initiatives and drive successful project execution. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing end-to-end project delivery, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and ensuring the successful implementation of business-critical solutions.
This role requires a proactive leader who can effectively manage stakeholders, drive execution excellence, and foster a culture of accountability, innovation, and continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities
- Own end-to-end planning, execution, monitoring, and successful delivery of multiple strategic projects and product initiatives.
- Collaborate closely with Product Management, Engineering, QA, Design, DevOps, Security, and Business teams.
- Translate business requirements into actionable project plans, roadmaps, milestones, and delivery schedules.
- Drive Agile/Scrum ceremonies, sprint planning, backlog grooming, retrospectives, and delivery governance.
- Monitor project progress, identify risks and dependencies, and implement mitigation strategies proactively.
- Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with quality standards and business objectives.
- Establish and improve project management processes, frameworks, and best practices.
- Manage stakeholder communication and provide regular updates on project status, risks, and outcomes.
- Lead cross-functional teams and mentor project coordinators, team leads, and delivery teams.
- Track and analyze project metrics to improve delivery predictability, team productivity, and customer satisfaction.
- Foster a culture of ownership, collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement.
