Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager with a strong product and delivery mindset to lead strategic technology initiatives and drive successful project execution. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing end-to-end project delivery, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and ensuring the successful implementation of business-critical solutions.

This role requires a proactive leader who can effectively manage stakeholders, drive execution excellence, and foster a culture of accountability, innovation, and continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities

Own end-to-end planning, execution, monitoring, and successful delivery of multiple strategic projects and product initiatives.
Collaborate closely with Product Management, Engineering, QA, Design, DevOps, Security, and Business teams.
Translate business requirements into actionable project plans, roadmaps, milestones, and delivery schedules.
Drive Agile/Scrum ceremonies, sprint planning, backlog grooming, retrospectives, and delivery governance.
Monitor project progress, identify risks and dependencies, and implement mitigation strategies proactively.
Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with quality standards and business objectives.
Establish and improve project management processes, frameworks, and best practices.
Manage stakeholder communication and provide regular updates on project status, risks, and outcomes.
Lead cross-functional teams and mentor project coordinators, team leads, and delivery teams.
Track and analyze project metrics to improve delivery predictability, team productivity, and customer satisfaction.
Foster a culture of ownership, collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement.

Preferred Skills

Required Skills & Qualifications

8 to 12 years of experience in Project Management, Program Management, Product Delivery, or Technology Leadership roles.
Proven track record of successfully delivering complex software development projects and enterprise applications.
Strong expertise in Agile, Scrum, Kanban, and modern project management methodologies.
Experience working with cloud-based applications, APIs, enterprise platforms, and distributed development teams.
Strong understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC) and product development processes.
Experience managing multiple projects and stakeholders simultaneously.
Excellent leadership, communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

Preferred Qualifications

Exposure to AI/ML, Data Analytics, or emerging technology projects is an added advantage.
Experience with project management tools such as Jira, Azure DevOps, Confluence, or similar platforms.
PMP, PMI-ACP, Scrum Master, or related certifications will be an added advantage.
Experience working with global clients and distributed teams.
