We are seeking an experienced Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) Full Stack Developer with strong expertise in both frontend and backend development. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining scalable AEM solutions within an AEM as a Cloud Service (AEMaaCS) environment. The role requires hands-on experience with AEM Sites, Assets, Content Fragments, Experience Fragments, and integration with enterprise applications and third-party systems.
Key Responsibilities
AEM Development
- Design, develop, and customize AEM components, templates, dialogs, and workflows.
- Build reusable, scalable, and maintainable solutions following AEM best practices.
- Develop and manage solutions using AEM Sites, Assets, Content Fragments, and Experience Fragments.
- Configure and optimize Dispatcher caching and content delivery mechanisms.
- Ensure platform scalability, performance optimization, and adherence to security standards.
- Participate in content migration, deployment, and cloud-based implementation activities.
Backend Development
- Develop backend services and business logic using Java/J2EE technologies.
- Build and maintain Apache Sling Models, OSGi services, Servlets, and RESTful APIs.
- Implement integrations with third-party applications, including CRM systems, marketing platforms, and external APIs.
- Develop custom workflows, schedulers, event handlers, and business process automation within AEM.
- Troubleshoot and resolve backend performance and integration issues.
Frontend Development
- Develop responsive and user-friendly web interfaces using HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript (ES6+).
- Create AEM front-end components using HTL (Sightly).
- Work with modern JavaScript frameworks such as React or Angular.
- Integrate frontend applications with AEM backend services using Client Libraries and SPA Editor frameworks.
- Ensure cross-browser compatibility, responsive design, accessibility compliance, and optimal user experience.
Collaboration & Best Practices
- Collaborate closely with architects, designers, business stakeholders, and cross-functional development teams.
- Participate in code reviews and enforce development standards and best practices.
- Support CI/CD implementation and deployment processes within cloud environments.
- Stay updated with the latest Adobe Experience Manager and Adobe Experience Cloud technologies.
