The ideal candidate should be capable of managing end-to-end delivery of complex technology projects, leading cross-functional teams, interacting with clients, preparing technical solutions, and ensuring successful project execution.
Core Responsibilities
Project Management
- Lead multiple projects from initiation to deployment.
- Define project scope, timelines, milestones, and resource allocation.
- Manage Agile/Scrum delivery processes.
- Monitor project risks, dependencies, and mitigation plans.
- Track project budgets and profitability.
- Ensure high-quality and on-time project delivery.
AI Project Management
- Manage Generative AI and Machine Learning projects.
- Understand LLM-based architectures and deployment strategies.
- Coordinate AI Engineers, Data Scientists, and ML Engineers.
- Define AI project roadmaps and delivery plans.
- Monitor AI model performance and business outcomes.
- Manage AI governance, security, and compliance requirements.
Solution Architecture Coordination
- Collaborate with Solution Architects and Technical Leads.
- Review system designs and architecture documents.
- Ensure scalability, reliability, and security of solutions.
- Drive architecture discussions with clients and stakeholders.
Client & Stakeholder Management
- Conduct requirement gathering workshops.
- Prepare technical proposals and project estimations.
- Present solutions to enterprise and government clients.
- Manage stakeholder communication and project reporting.
