We are looking for a proactive and highly organized Sales & Account Executive to support our business development efforts and ensure opportunities move efficiently through the sales process.
About the Role
This role is responsible for building and managing prospect pipelines, coordinating outreach activities, booking meetings, and ensuring smooth communication between prospects and Evalogical's consulting and technical teams.
You will own the operational side of the sales process, helping identify opportunities, engage prospects, coordinate discussions, prepare proposals, and keep deals progressing toward closure.

Key Responsibilities
Pipeline & Prospect Management
- Build and maintain target account and prospect lists.
- Research companies, stakeholders, and decision-makers within target organizations.
- Maintain accurate prospect and account information within the CRM.
- Track outreach activities, responses, meetings, and opportunity status.
Meeting Generation & Coordination
- Execute outreach campaigns through email, LinkedIn, phone calls, referrals, and other channels.
- Schedule and coordinate meetings between prospects and Evalogical's consulting or technical teams.
- Follow up with prospects to ensure conversations continue progressing.
- Ensure timely communication and responsiveness throughout the sales cycle.
Opportunity Management
- Track opportunities from initial contact through closure.
- Coordinate internal discussions and next steps between prospects and delivery teams.
- Prepare meeting briefs, notes, and follow-up actions.
- Ensure all stakeholders remain aligned on opportunity progress.
Proposal & Sales Support
- Assist in preparing proposals, presentations, commercial documents, and client communications.
- Coordinate proposal submissions and follow-ups.
- Support leadership with sales reporting and pipeline updates.
