Job Description
We are looking for enthusiastic and motivated freshers who have completed training or coursework in C# and .NET technologies and are eager to start their career in software development. The ideal candidate should have strong fundamentals, a learning mindset, and the ability to work in a collaborative team environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in developing, testing, and maintaining software applications under the guidance of senior developers
- Write clean, structured, and maintainable code using C# and .NET technologies
- Support debugging, troubleshooting, and bug fixing activities
- Participate in code reviews, team discussions, and Agile development processes
- Work on real-time projects and apply theoretical knowledge practically
- Prepare basic technical documentation and reports
- Learn and follow standard coding practices and development guidelines
- Continuously improve technical and problem-solving skills
Required Skills
- Completed training/course in C# and .NET (mandatory)
- Strong understanding of Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) concepts
- Basic knowledge of:
- C# / .NET Framework or .NET Core
- SQL / Database concepts
- Good logical thinking and problem-solving ability
- Basic understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC)
- Good communication and teamwork skills
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies
