About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (D365 F&O) Functional Consultant to join our growing ERP practice. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience across Finance, Supply Chain Management, HR, and Commerce modules, with the ability to translate business requirements into effective ERP solutions. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, business stakeholders, and technical developers to implement and optimize D365 F&O across enterprise environments.
Key Responsibilities
Implementation & Configuration

Lead end-to-end D365 F&O implementation projects across Finance, SCM, HR, and Commerce modules

Configure General Ledger, Accounts Payable/Receivable, Fixed Assets, Cash & Bank Management, and Tax modules

Set up Supply Chain workflows including Procurement, Inventory, Warehouse, Transportation, and Manufacturing

Configure HR modules including employee lifecycle, payroll, benefits, leave tracking, and self-service portals

Implement Commerce features including POS, retail channel management, and e-commerce integrations

Ticket-based production support (SLA-driven
-
Issue troubleshooting and root cause analysis

D365 technical expertise, including debugging, LCS, and data issue resolution

Third-party integration support (APIs, Logic Apps, etc.)

Handling live system incidents and user queries
Business Analysis & Requirements

Engage with business stakeholders to gather, document, and analyze functional requirements

Map business processes to D365 F&O capabilities across Procure-to-Pay, Order-to-Cash, Plan-to-Produce, and Record-to-Report

Conduct fit-gap analysis and propose functional solutions aligned with best practices

Produce functional design documents (FDDs), process flow diagrams, and configuration workbooks
Training & Support

Develop user training material and conduct end-user training sessions across business units

Provide post-go-live hypercare support and troubleshoot functional issues

Support data migration activities including data mapping, cleansing, and validation
Required Qualifications
Experience
-
3–6 years of hands-on experience implementing or supporting Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O (or AX 2012/D365)

Minimum 2 full-cycle D365 F&O or AX implementations

Strong functional knowledge of at least two of: Finance, Supply Chain, Commerce, or HR modules

Experience with Procure-to-Pay (P2P) and Order-to-Cash (O2C) business process cycles
