About the Role
Kawika Technologies is looking for a passionate and skilled PHP Laravel Developer with 1–3 years of professional experience to join our growing development team. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in Laravel development, strong problem-solving abilities, and a keen interest in building scalable and high-quality web applications.

Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, test, and maintain web applications using PHP and Laravel.
- Analyze project requirements and convert them into technical solutions.
- Write clean, efficient, secure, and maintainable code following industry best practices.
- Develop and integrate RESTful APIs and third-party services.
- Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize existing applications.
- Collaborate with front-end developers to implement responsive user interfaces.
- Design, manage, and optimize MySQL databases, queries and migrations.
- Participate in code reviews, sprint planning, and team discussions.
- Follow software development standards, security practices, and version control (Git).
- Stay updated with new tools, Laravel updates, and emerging web technologies.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 1–3 years of experience in PHP development.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree / B.Tech / B.E. in Computer Science, IT, or a related field.
- Strong understanding of PHP and Object-Oriented Programming (OOP).
- Hands-on experience with Laravel Framework.
- Good knowledge of MySQL and relational database design.
- Proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and Bootstrap.
- Experience working with Git or other version control systems.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team.
