Key Responsibilities

Handle end-to-end recruitment lifecycle for technical positions.
Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, social media, references, and networking.
Screen resumes and conduct initial HR/technical fit assessments.
Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and technical teams.
Manage offer negotiations, follow-ups, and onboarding coordination.
Build and maintain a strong pipeline of IT talent for current and future hiring needs.
Ensure timely closures within defined TAT and hiring targets.
Track candidate progress using ATS and maintain recruitment MIS/reporting.
Partner with internal stakeholders to understand hiring requirements and market trends.

Job Summary

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Talent Acquisition Specialist with 3 to 5 years of experience in end-to-end IT hiring. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in sourcing, screening, and closing technical talent across various technologies while ensuring a seamless candidate experience.

Required Skills & Qualifications

3 to 5 years of experience in IT / Technical Talent Acquisition / Recruitment.
Strong exposure to sourcing through Naukri, LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, and social hiring platforms.
Experience hiring for technical roles across Software Development, QA & Testing, Embedded Systems, Cloud & DevOps, Infrastructure, Data Engineering, AI/ML, Cybersecurity, ERP, Digital Transformation, and enterprise technology functions.
Good understanding of technical skill sets and hiring trends.
Strong communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
Experience in ATS tools and recruitment reporting is preferred.
Ability to manage multiple positions and work in a fast-paced environment.

Candidates based in Trivandrum.
Notice period of 0 – 15 days.
Immediate joiners will be highly preferred.
Strong ownership mindset with a focus on quality hiring and timely closures.

Compensation
