Job Overview
We are looking for an experienced and dynamic IT Recruiter to join our team on a contract basis ( 3 Months ). The ideal candidate should have strong experience in technical recruitment, sourcing, screening, and coordinating with candidates for various IT positions. This role requires excellent communication skills and the ability to work independently in a remote environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle end-to-end IT recruitment processes.
- Source candidates through LinkedIn, job portals, and other recruitment platforms.
- Screen and shortlist candidates based on technical and business requirements.
- Coordinate interviews and follow up with candidates throughout the hiring process.
- Maintain candidate databases and recruitment trackers.
- Work closely with hiring managers to understand hiring requirements.
- Ensure a smooth and positive candidate experience.
Required Skills
- 3+ Years of experience in IT Recruitment and Technical Hiring.
- 2+ Years of hands-on experience in sourcing candidates through LinkedIn and Job Portals.
- Strong experience in candidate sourcing and screening.
- Good understanding of technical skill evaluation for IT roles.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle multiple requirements simultaneously in a remote work environment.
