Key Responsibilities:
- Facilitate Agile/Scrum ceremonies including:
- Sprint Planning
- Daily Standups
- Sprint Reviews
- Retrospectives
- Backlog Grooming sessions
- Drive execution and ensure sprint commitments are tracked and delivered on time.
- Work closely with Engineering Managers, Tech Leads, QA, Product Managers, DevOps, and stakeholders to coordinate priorities and dependencies.
- Identify risks, blockers, delays, and execution gaps early, and proactively drive resolution.
- Track sprint metrics, velocity, burndown, delivery timelines, and team progress.
- Ensure proper JIRA hygiene, sprint tracking, task ownership, and status visibility across teams.
- Coordinate release readiness and deployment activities for frequent production releases.
- Help improve Agile processes, engineering execution, release discipline, and team collaboration.
- Ensure action items from retrospectives and leadership reviews are tracked to closure.
- Maintain visibility into resource allocation, engineering bandwidth, and delivery timelines.
- Prepare and present weekly project status updates, risk reports, and execution summaries to leadership.
