Role Overview
We are looking for a Sr. Marketing Operations Manager to own and scale the data engine behind Way’s B2B marketing. This role requires strong operational rigor, deep HubSpot expertise, and a focus on clean, reliable, and actionable data.
You will own the martech stack, data infrastructure, and operational processes that power B2B marketing. As the primary HubSpot expert in India, you will ensure the platform is configured, integrated, and optimized to support demand generation, lead management, and pipeline visibility.
You will also own data quality across systems, including sourcing, enrichment, verification, and deduplication, ensuring the team operates with accurate and complete data.
Roles and Responsibilities
HubSpot Administration & Optimization

Own and administer Way’s HubSpot instance as the platform expert

Configure and maintain workflows, lead scoring models, lifecycle stages, and automation

Build and optimize forms, landing pages, email templates, and campaign tracking

Manage integrations across CRM, sales tools, and martech systems

Stay current on HubSpot releases and implement improvements proactively
Data Sourcing & Enrichment

Source and evaluate B2B contact and account data from third-party providers

Manage enrichment tools to improve firmographic and contact data quality

Maintain processes for ongoing data refresh

Partner with marketing and sales to define ICPs and target account lists
Data Quality & Governance

Own data verification, deduplication, and normalization across systems

Establish and enforce governance standards (fields, naming conventions, validation rules)

Build automated workflows to maintain data integrity

Conduct regular audits to prevent data decay and inconsistencies
Reporting & Analytics

Build and maintain dashboards for marketing performance and pipeline tracking

Deliver campaign, attribution, and pipeline reporting to leadership

Track key metrics such as lead flow, conversion rates, and data quality

Translate data into actionable insights to improve performance
Martech Stack Management

Evaluate, integrate, and manage tools across the martech stack

Own vendor relationships for data and technology providers

Document system architecture and data flows

Ensure reliable data flow across marketing, sales, and analytics systems
Process & Operations

Design and document lead management processes, including routing, SLAs, and feedback loops

Partner closely with sales teams to align on lead definitions, handoff processes, and pipeline tracking

Build playbooks for campaigns, webinars, and lifecycle programs
-
Identify bottlenecks and implement automation to improve efficiency and speed
