Role Overview
We are looking for a Creative Director - Marketing who combines strong creative leadership with a deep understanding of performance-driven marketing environments.
This role requires someone who can lead end-to-end campaign execution while working closely with performance marketing teams to continuously optimize and improve creative based on data and audience behavior.
You will lead campaigns across multiple product verticals and consumer touchpoints for the US market.
Key Responsibilities
Campaign Leadership
- Lead end-to-end omnichannel campaigns across:
- Digital
- Social
- Video
- OOH
- Translate strategic briefs into compelling campaign concepts and executions.
Creative Direction & Production
- Develop strong campaign narratives, headlines, taglines, and messaging
- Ensure high-quality creative output across formats and channels
- Contribute hands-on when required in design, creative production, or direction
Performance Marketing Collaboration
- Work closely with performance marketing teams to:
- Analyze campaign performance
- Improve creative effectiveness
- Support A/B testing and iteration cycles
- Understand how creative impacts acquisition, engagement, and conversion
Team Leadership
- Lead and mentor designers, copywriters, motion/video artists, and freelancers
- Build scalable creative workflows in fast-paced environments
- Ensure quality, speed, and consistency across multiple simultaneous campaigns
US Market Communication
- Create campaigns tailored for US audiences and consumer behavior
- Present and communicate creative concepts clearly to US-based stakeholders
- Incorporate feedback while maintaining creative clarity and direction.
