The Graphic Designer will be responsible for conceptualizing and executing high-quality creative designs for branding, social media, marketing campaigns, presentations, websites, events, and digital products. The ideal candidate should possess strong visual storytelling skills, modern design sensibilities, and the ability to work in a fast-paced collaborative environment.
Key Responsibilities
• Design creative assets for:
• Social media campaigns
• Digital advertisements
• Branding and identity materials
• Event creatives • Marketing collaterals
• Brochures, flyers, banners, and presentations
• Website and UI visual elements
• Develop visually compelling concepts aligned with brand strategy and business goals.
• Collaborate with marketing, content, video, and product teams.
• Maintain consistency in brand identity across all communication channels.
• Create designs optimized for multiple platforms including Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, websites, and print.
• Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute creative ideas.
• Stay updated with latest design trends, tools, and AI-assisted creative workflows.
• Manage multiple projects and deliver within deadlines.
• Coordinate with printers, vendors, and production teams when required.
Required Skills & Qualifications
• 3–5 years of professional experience in graphic design.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating creative thinking and design versatility.
• Proficiency in: Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe InDesign, Canva
• Hands-on experience with AI-powered creative and generative design tools such as: Adobe Firefly, Midjourney, ChatGPT , DALL·E, Leonardo AI, Runway ML, Other AI-assisted design and content creation platforms
• Ability to leverage AI tools for: Concept generation , Creative ideation , Image generation , Faster design workflows , Social media creatives , Branding explorations , Presentation and marketing asset creation
• Good understanding of: Typography , Color theory , Layout principles , Branding , Social media design trends
• Knowledge of motion graphics/video editing tools is an added advantage: , After Effects , Premiere Pro , CapCut, etc.
• Ability to understand creative briefs and convert them into impactful designs.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Attention to detail and strong aesthetic sense.
