Job Summary
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented QA Engineer with 2 years of experience and exceptional communication skills to join our dynamic team at Technopark, Trivandrum. In this role, you will work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and clients to ensure the highest standards of software quality and reliability. You will be responsible for developing and implementing comprehensive quality assurance strategies, identifying potential defects, and driving continuous improvement initiatives to deliver superior user experiences.
Key Responsibilities

Design, develop, and execute comprehensive test plans, test cases, and test scenarios for complex software applications.

Conduct thorough functional, regression, integration, and usability testing across web, mobile, and desktop platforms.

Develop, maintain, and execute automated test suites using industry-standard tools such as Selenium, Katalon, Appium, TestNG, or JUnit.

Perform comprehensive API testing and validation of RESTful and SOAP services.

Execute advanced SQL queries to validate database operations, data integrity, and backend processes.

Identify, document, and manage software defects through established defect tracking systems, ensuring proper resolution workflows.

Generate comprehensive test reports and provide strategic insights to stakeholders for informed decision-making.

Conduct performance and load testing using professional tools such as JMeter, LoadRunner, or Gatling.

Participate actively in code reviews to ensure adherence to quality standards and testable software architecture.

Drive continuous improvement of testing processes, methodologies, and quality assurance frameworks to enhance overall quality and effectiveness.

Collaborate effectively with development, product management, and operations teams to resolve complex software issues and ensure optimal delivery timelines.
