Brief Description

About Us

We are a premium, tech-agnostic software development agency focused on building tailored digital solutions for modern businesses. Rather than forcing clients into predefined technology stacks, we engineer scalable products using the best-fit technologies for each challenge — from cloud-native SaaS platforms and AI integrations to enterprise modernization and IoT solutions. We partner with startups, enterprises, and product teams to solve complex business problems through clean architecture, scalable engineering, and strategic technology consulting.

Job Overview

As our SEO & Digital Marketing Specialist, you will own the end-to-end digital marketing funnel. You won't just be tracking "clicks"—you will be building a cohesive engine that connects organic discovery to pipeline growth. Because we are tech-agnostic, your primary challenge will be positioning our brand across a massive keyword landscape (ranging from Rust and Python to Node.js, AWS, Kubernetes, and cross-platform mobile dev). You will work closely with our executive team and technical subject matter experts (SMEs) to translate complex engineering capabilities into high-ranking content and high-converting campaigns.

Key Responsibilities

1. SEO & Content Strategy (60%)

  • Keyword & Intent Mapping: Research and identify high-value, high-intent B2B search terms across various technologies, development methodologies (Agile, DevOps), and industry verticals.

  • Technical SEO: Conduct regular site audits, improve core web vitals, manage internal linking, optimize site architecture, and ensure search engines can seamlessly crawl our case studies and service pages.

  • On-Page & Semantic SEO: Optimize existing service pages and collaborate with writers to create new content that satisfies modern search intent (e.g., entity-based SEO, clustering, addressing user pain points).

  • SME Collaboration: Interview our software architects and developers to turn technical insights into authoritative, high-ranking blog posts, whitepapers, and case studies.

2. Digital Marketing & Lead Generation (30%)

  • Paid Campaigns (PPC): Set up, manage, and optimize targeted paid acquisition campaigns across LinkedIn Ads and Google Ads to capture buyers looking for software development partners.

  • Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO): Run A/B tests on landing pages, optimize CTA placement, and continuously improve the user journey from "reader" to "inbound lead."

  • Email & Nurture Campaigns: Maintain our newsletter and build automated email drip campaigns to nurture leads who download our technical guides or request project estimates.

3. Analytics & Reporting (10%)

  • Full-Funnel Tracking: Monitor performance metrics using Google Analytics 4 (GA4), Google Search Console, Hubspot/CRM, and SEO platforms (Ahrefs/Semrush).

  • ROI Reporting: Look beyond surface-level traffic metrics to track and report on pipeline contribution, Cost Per Lead (CPL), and Customer Acquisition Cost (CAC).

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Experience: 3–5+ years of proven digital marketing and SEO experience, specifically within the B2B software, agency, or IT professional services sectors.

  • Technical Literacy: You don't need to write code, but you must know the difference between frontend and backend, SQL and NoSQL, monolithic and microservices. You must feel comfortable talking about diverse tech stacks.

  • SEO Toolkit: Mastery of tools like Ahrefs, Semrush, Screaming Frog, Google Search Console, and GA4.

  • Copywriting/Editing Sensibility: Strong capability to edit AI-generated or developer-written drafts into polished, engaging, SEO-optimized copy.

  • Growth Mindset: A proactive "test-and-learn" approach to marketing channels.

Preferred Skills

Nice-to-Haves

  • Familiarity with marketing automation platforms (e.g., HubSpot, HubSpot CMS, or WordPress).

  • Basic understanding of HTML/CSS/JS limitations regarding technical SEO.

  • Experience marketing software agencies that explicitly compete against offshore "code factories" by leading with consultative engineering value.

What We Offer

  • Competitive salary and performance-based bonuses tied to lead generation.

  • Flexible working hours and [Remote/Hybrid] setup.

  • Learning and development budget to keep your marketing edge sharp.

  • A collaborative environment devoid of corporate bureaucracy where your ideas directly impact company growth.

To Apply: Please submit your resume along with 2–3 examples of SEO campaigns or content strategies you've executed that resulted in verifiable B2B lead generation or organic traffic growth.
