Key Responsibilities
- Own end-to-end planning and execution of strategic product initiatives from concept to launch.
- Work closely with Product, Engineering, Design, AI/ML, QA, Security, and Leadership teams.
- Translate business vision into execution roadmaps, sprint plans, milestones, and delivery outcomes.
- Drive Agile ceremonies, delivery governance, risk management, and stakeholder communication.
- Build scalable processes for product development in a fast-moving startup environment.
- Ensure high-quality releases with strong focus on timelines, compliance, security, and customer impact.
- Mentor engineering and project teams to elevate execution discipline and delivery excellence.
- Collaborate with global clients, advisors, and industry leaders across regulated and enterprise domains.
- Use data and metrics to improve velocity, predictability, and product outcomes.
