We are looking for a curious, motivated individual to join our Learning & Development team as an intern. This is a hands-on, 2-month, on-site opportunity for fresh graduates who want to build a strong foundation in L&D you will assist in real programmes, work with live data, and contribute to meaningful outcomes from day one.
You will shadow and support our L&D function across training coordination, content creation, and reporting giving you a comprehensive view of how learning operates in a professional environment.

Key Responsibility
- Assist in coordinating training sessions — scheduling, logistics, attendee communication, and setup
- Support the creation of learning content such as presentations, handouts, and assessment templates
- Help maintain training trackers, dashboards, and participation reports under supervisor guidance
- Contribute to onboarding support activities for new joiners
- Collect and organise post-training feedback; summarise findings for the L&D team
- Assist with LMS updates — uploading content, tracking completions, and basic troubleshooting
- Research learning best practices and compile reference material as assigned
- Support continuous learning campaigns and internal communication around L&D initiatives
