Role Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled and innovative Senior AI Engineer with strong expertise in Generative AI (GenAI) and Classical Machine Learning (ML) to join our growing AI team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience designing, developing, and deploying AI-driven solutions, with a strong foundation in Python, Machine Learning, Deep Learning, Large Language Models (LLMs), and scalable AI systems.
The role requires experience in delivering both GenAI and traditional ML projects, with the ability to build intelligent, production-ready systems and contribute to end-to-end AI solution development.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, deploy, and optimize scalable AI/ML and GenAI solutions for business use cases
- Build and implement classical ML workflows including data preprocessing, feature engineering, model training, evaluation, validation, and deployment
- Develop and fine-tune Generative AI applications using LLMs, prompt engineering, embeddings, and retrieval techniques
- Work on end-to-end ML pipelines for model development, training, inference, monitoring, and lifecycle management
- Design and optimize data pipelines for AI model training and production deployment
- Build intelligent solutions leveraging LLMs, RAG frameworks, vector databases, and conversational AI concepts
- Implement MLOps best practices for model versioning, monitoring, experimentation, and deployment automation
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product, engineering, business, and UI/UX teams to prototype and deliver AI-powered solutions
- Leverage cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) to build scalable AI systems and services
- Research, experiment, and contribute to emerging AI areas including Agentic AI, autonomous workflows, and next-generation GenAI frameworks
