Role Overview
We are seeking a highly experienced and visionary Lead AI Architect to drive the architecture, design, and implementation of enterprise-scale AI solutions. The ideal candidate will possess deep expertise in Generative AI, Classical Machine Learning, AI system architecture, cloud-native AI platforms, and scalable enterprise solution design.
This role requires a strong technical leader who can architect end-to-end AI ecosystems, guide engineering teams, define AI best practices, and collaborate with business stakeholders to transform complex challenges into scalable AI-powered solutions. The candidate must have strong experience across both GenAI and traditional ML project implementations and should be capable of leading AI transformation initiatives from ideation to production.
Key Responsibilities
- Define and drive the AI architecture strategy for enterprise-grade AI solutions across multiple domains
- Architect, design, and oversee the implementation of Generative AI, Machine Learning, and intelligent automation systems
- Design scalable AI systems leveraging LLMs, RAG frameworks, vector databases, AI agents, prompt orchestration, and conversational AI architectures
- Lead the architecture and deployment of classical ML solutions, including predictive analytics, recommendation systems, classification, forecasting, and anomaly detection models
- Design robust MLOps and LLMOps frameworks for model lifecycle management, deployment, monitoring, governance, experimentation, and optimization
- Define enterprise AI integration patterns, APIs, reusable frameworks, and reference architectures
- Architect scalable cloud-native AI platforms on AWS, Azure, or GCP
- Provide technical leadership and mentorship to AI engineers, data scientists, and development teams
- Collaborate with product, business, engineering, UI/UX, and customer stakeholders to define AI solution strategies and execution roadmaps
- Drive technical decision-making, solution reviews, proof-of-concepts (POCs), and AI innovation initiatives
- Research and evaluate emerging technologies including Agentic AI, autonomous workflows, multimodal AI, fine-tuning strategies, and advanced AI architecture
- Ensure scalability, security, performance, governance, and responsible AI practices across implementations
