Key Responsibilities
· Handle end-to-end recruitment, onboarding, and employee coordination activities
· Manage attendance, leave tracking, HR documentation, and employee records
· Coordinate interviews, employee engagement activities, and internal communications
· Support company administration, office operations, and workflow coordination
· Ensure smooth HR processes, policy implementation, and compliance-related activities
· Coordinate with management and technical teams for operational and staffing requirements
· Assist in employee support, reporting, payroll coordination, and administrative activities
· Maintain a positive, professional, and productive workplace environment
