Brief Description

Gaude Solutions is looking for an organized, proactive, and people-focused HR Manager / Admin to manage recruitment, employee coordination, HR operations, and office administration for our growing technology team.

We are looking for candidates with prior experience in IT companies or corporate environments and strong capabilities in managing HR and administrative workflows.

Key Responsibilities

· Handle end-to-end recruitment, onboarding, and employee coordination activities

· Manage attendance, leave tracking, HR documentation, and employee records

· Coordinate interviews, employee engagement activities, and internal communications

· Support company administration, office operations, and workflow coordination

· Ensure smooth HR processes, policy implementation, and compliance-related activities

· Coordinate with management and technical teams for operational and staffing requirements

· Assist in employee support, reporting, payroll coordination, and administrative activities

· Maintain a positive, professional, and productive workplace environment

· Strong communication and interpersonal skills

· Good organizational and multitasking abilities

· Experience in HR operations, recruitment, or administration

· Ability to coordinate with multiple teams and manage day-to-day operations efficiently

· Proficiency in MS Office, Google Workspace, and HR management workflows

· Strong documentation and reporting skills

Preferred

· Prior experience in IT companies or technology environments preferred

· Experience handling HR processes in fast-paced project-based environments preferred

· Strong coordination and people management capabilities
