Key Responsibilities
· Lead and manage software development projects from requirement gathering to deployment
· Coordinate with developers, AI engineers, QA teams, UI/UX designers, and stakeholders to ensure successful project execution
· Manage sprint planning, task allocation, project tracking, and delivery timelines using Agile methodologies
· Conduct client meetings, technical discussions, requirement analysis, and project status reporting
· Ensure timely delivery, quality assurance, and smooth execution of multiple ongoing projects
· Monitor risks, dependencies, and technical challenges while coordinating cross-functional teams
· Work closely with technical teams on architecture discussions, implementation planning, integrations, and deployment workflows
· Maintain project documentation, workflows, and communication processes across teams
