Job Summary

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Talent Acquisition Specialist with 3 to 5 years of experience in end-to-end IT hiring. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in sourcing, screening, and closing technical talent across various technologies while ensuring a seamless candidate experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle end-to-end recruitment lifecycle for technical positions.
  • Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, social media, references, and networking.
  • Screen resumes and conduct initial HR/technical fit assessments.
  • Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and technical teams.
  • Manage offer negotiations, follow-ups, and onboarding coordination.
  • Build and maintain a strong pipeline of IT talent for current and future hiring needs.
  • Ensure timely closures within defined TAT and hiring targets.
  • Track candidate progress using ATS and maintain recruitment MIS/reporting.
  • Partner with internal stakeholders to understand hiring requirements and market trends.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • 3 to 5 years of experience in IT / Technical Talent Acquisition / Recruitment.
  • Strong exposure to sourcing through Naukri, LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, and social hiring platforms.
  • Experience hiring for technical roles across Software Development, QA & Testing, Embedded Systems, Cloud & DevOps, Infrastructure, Data Engineering, AI/ML, Cybersecurity, ERP, Digital Transformation, and enterprise technology functions.
  • Good understanding of technical skill sets and hiring trends.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Experience in ATS tools and recruitment reporting is preferred.
  • Ability to manage multiple positions and work in a fast-paced environment.

  • Candidates based in Trivandrum.
  • Notice period of 0 – 15 days.
  • Immediate joiners will be highly preferred.
  • Strong ownership mindset with a focus on quality hiring and timely closures.

Compensation

  • Salary up to ₹6 LPA (based on experience and fit).
