Brief Description

We are looking for enthusiastic and passionate Developer Trainees who are eager to build their careers in software development. The selected candidates will undergo practical training and work alongside experienced developers on live projects using Python, Django, AWS, or MERN Stack technologies.

Eligibility Criteria

Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field
Written test and interveiw
Recent graduates or final-year students can apply
Strong logical thinking and problem-solving skills
Passion for coding and learning new technologies
Good communication and teamwork abilities

Preferred Skills

Key Responsibilities

Assist in developing web applications and software solutions
Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code
Support backend and frontend development activities
Participate in debugging, testing, and performance optimization
Learn and implement best coding practices and development standards
Collaborate with the technical team for project execution
Work on databases, APIs, cloud services, and deployment processes
Stay updated with emerging technologies and industry trends

Required Skills

For Python / Django Track:

Basic knowledge of Python programming
Understanding of Django Framework concepts
Familiarity with HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and SQL databases
Basic understanding of APIs and backend development
Knowledge of AWS/cloud concepts is an added advantage

For MERN Stack Track:

Basic knowledge of MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, and Node.js
Understanding of frontend and backend development concepts
Familiarity with REST APIs and database handling
Knowledge of Git/version control is a plus
