ROLE OVERVIEW
We are looking for a well-rounded Executive – HR & Operations to own and drive our people, hiring, office, and event functions. This is a hands-on, all-in-one role suited for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and takes pride in keeping things running smoothly — from hiring the right talent to ensuring the office is a great place to work.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Recruitment & Talent Acquisition
• Own the end-to-end hiring cycle — from understanding role requirements and drafting JDs to screening, interviewing, and onboarding
• Post job openings across relevant platforms and proactively source candidates through LinkedIn and networks
• Conduct HR screening interviews with strong focus on communication skills and culture fit
• Maintain a structured recruitment tracker and ensure timely closures
• Manage onboarding formalities and create a smooth first-day experience for new joiners
2. HR Operations & People Management
• Maintain accurate employee records, HRMS data, and HR documentation
• Handle leave management, attendance, and support the performance review process
• Act as the go-to person for employee queries, concerns, and day-to-day HR support
• Draft and maintain HR policies, offer letters, appointment letters, and employment agreements
• Drive employee engagement initiatives and help build a strong workplace culture
• Ensure HR processes are compliant, consistent, and professionally executed
3. Event & Engagement Management
• Plan and coordinate company events, team outings, celebrations, townhalls, and internal meetings
• Manage logistics end-to-end — venues, vendors, invitations, schedules, and on-the-day execution
• Drive employee engagement programmes that foster team bonding and morale
• Coordinate with external vendors and partners for event-related requirements
4. Front Office & Administration
• Manage the front office professionally — receive visitors, handle calls, and manage correspondence
• Maintain a well-organised, presentable, and professional office environment at all times
• Handle office supply management, vendor coordination, and facilities upkeep
• Coordinate travel, accommodation, and logistics for staff and visiting stakeholders
• Provide administrative support to leadership including calendar management and scheduling
