Role Overview
We are looking for a hands-on QA Engineer/QA Lead with strong expertise in both manual and automation testing for web and mobile applications. This role requires deep testing knowledge, strong ownership of quality, and the ability to lead a small QA team while remaining actively involved in execution.

Educational Qualification:
Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in CS/IT/ME or related field
Key Responsibilities
- Perform end-to-end manual testing across UI, functional, regression, and exploratory testing scenarios
- Design, develop, and maintain automation test suites for web and mobile applications
- Lead and mentor a small QA team while establishing quality standards and best practices
- Identify, document, track, and support resolution of defects through effective collaboration
- Ensure cross-browser, cross-platform, and multi-device test coverage
- Participate in test planning, estimation, sprint activities, and release readiness
- Continuously improve QA processes, tools, and automation coverage
Required Skills & Experience
- 2+ years of QA experience with strong hands-on expertise in both manual and automation testing
- Automation testing experience is mandatory
- Proven experience in testing both web and mobile applications
- Hands-on experience with automation tools/frameworks such as Selenium, Playwright, Cypress, Appium, TestSigma, or similar
- Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies
- Experience with defect tracking and test management tools such as JIRA
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and debugging skills
- Excellent attention to detail and quality-oriented mindset
