## About the Role

We are looking for a skilled AI / ML Engineer to build intelligent automation and AI-powered features for our product. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, NLP, LLM integrations, and automation workflows.

You will work closely with our product and development teams to create smart CRM capabilities that improve customer support operations, agent productivity, call analytics, and decision-making.



## Key Responsibilities

- Design and develop AI-powered features for the CRM platform
- Build smart call analysis and conversation intelligence systems
- Implement speech-to-text and text-to-speech integrations
- Develop AI-based ticket summarization and auto-response systems
- Create sentiment analysis and customer intent detection modules
- Build predictive analytics for customer behavior and follow-up prioritization
- Integrate LLMs such as OpenAI, Claude, Gemini, or open-source models
- Develop chatbot and voicebot workflows for customer support
- Implement recommendation engines and automation workflows
- Optimize AI models for performance and scalability
- Collaborate with backend and frontend developers for seamless integrations
