Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and proactive Sr. Quantitative Analyst to join our growing team. This role calls for strong analytical skills, a background in healthcare or life sciences, and the ability to lead and mentor two junior data analysts.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and oversee the work of two data analysts, ensuring quality and consistency across all quantitative research projects.
- Participate in all phases of quantitative research, including questionnaire development, survey programming, data processing, analysis, and reporting.
- Own the data: manage datasets from intake to final deliverable, ensuring data integrity, accuracy, and usability.
- Apply advanced analytical techniques such as segmentation, key driver analysis, TURF, conjoint, and MaxDiff to extract actionable insights.
- Collaborate with internal teams and clients to align on project objectives and design appropriate research plans.
- Maintain and improve documentation standards for repeatable data processes and deliverables.
