We are looking for dynamic Sales and Marketing Managers for our Automation Division.
This role involves market research, team leadership, quota forecasting, and campaign analysis to successfully acquire new customers and retain existing accounts.
Core Responsibilities:
Strategy Development: Formulate and execute comprehensive sales and marketing plans to hit annual/monthly revenue targets and expand market share.
Team Leadership: Train and manage sales and marketing personnel. Establish KPIs, conduct performance reviews, and motivate teams to consistently meet and exceed quotas.
Market Analysis: Monitor competitor activities, industry trends, and consumer behaviors to identify emerging business opportunities.
Key Qualifications:
Education & Experience: Typically requires a Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field, often accompanied by 2+ years of combined experience in sales, marketing, or business development.
