Brief Description

Graduates in B.Tech, BE, MCA, MBA, M.Sc, B.com, B.Sc or a related discipline with minimum 65% marks.

Fresh graduates and candidates with up to 1 year of experience are welcome to apply; strong motivation and a problem-solving attitude are valued above prior work history.

Short listed candidates will be called for Aptitude test and Inteview.

Serve as the first point of contact for enterprise clients across GCC and Africa: acknowledge issues promptly, communicate progress clearly, and manage expectations professionally via email, phone, and helpdesk channels.

Monitor the production issue tracker (helpdesk portal) throughout the assigned shift; triage incoming tickets by severity, priorities accordingly, and ensure no issue goes unacknowledged within SLA response windows.

Job code ASE2605.  Package: Rs. 370,000/- per annum CTC.

Preferred Skills

The role requires direct client interaction via email, phone, and helpdesk portals.

Candidates must be fully comfortable working rotational shifts, including morning and evening and night shifts, and occasional weekend on-call coverage. Willingness to work shift-wise is mandatory.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English are essential.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills and willingness to learn new things.

A genuine interest in application support, debugging, and customer satisfaction is essential for success in this role
