This role is best suited for someone who combines creativity with analytical thinking and is passionate about building engaging digital experiences.

Work Experience

  • 1–3 years of experience in social media management

  • Creative mindset with attention to detail

  • Strong skills in content creation (copywriting)

  • Familiarity with tools like google analytics , ahrefs , semrush , google ads, microsoft clarity 

  • Good understanding of LinkedIn and Instagram best practices

  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines

  • Experience in B2B or tech industry

  • Basic knowledge of analytics tools and social media insights

Your Expertise Includes:

  • Manage end-to-end social media activities across platforms like LinkedIn and Instagram

  • Create engaging content including videos, graphics, and written posts aligned with brand voice

  • Track and analyze social media performance metrics and optimize strategies based on insights 

  • Plan and maintain a structured social media content calendar

  • Handle daily posting, monitoring, and community engagement (comments, messages, etc.)

  • Collaborate with internal teams to create relevant and timely content

  • Track performance metrics and optimize content strategy based on insights

  • Stay updated with social media trends and suggest new ideas to improve engagement

  • Manage and improve website traffic through SEO strategies, WordPress website management, and analytics tools.

  • Plan, execute, and optimize email marketing campaigns using Mailchimp.

  • Design and execute EDM sequences for B2B lead generation, including copywriting, audience segmentation, performance tracking, and lead nurturing.

  • Drive brand visibility and engagement through LinkedIn marketing, including content planning, campaign execution, and lead generation activities.
