We are seeking an experienced Presales Engineer (Network & Security) to design secure, scalable, and innovative infrastructure solutions for enterprise clients.
Experience: 5+ Years
Location: Technopark, Trivandrum
Understand customer networking and security requirements and propose tailored solutions.
Design and validate solutions covering LAN, WAN, Wi-Fi, Firewalls, VPNs, IDS/IPS, and Secure Access.
Collaborate with sales teams to prepare proposals, solution documents, BoM, and RFQ/RFP responses.
Conduct solution presentations, POCs, and technical workshops for customers.
Build and maintain strong knowledge of firewalls, SIEM, endpoint protection, Zero Trust, and Cloud Security solutions.
Maintain vendor relationships and certifications to ensure up-to-date expertise.
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field.
5+ years of presales engineering experience in networking and security.
Hands-on knowledge of Cisco, Fortinet, Palo Alto, Checkpoint, Juniper, etc.
Strong understanding of cybersecurity frameworks, SIEM, and compliance standards.
Excellent communication, presentation, and proposal writing skills.
