Key Responsibilities
- Assist in sourcing and screening candidates through job portals and LinkedIn
- Schedule interviews and coordinate with candidates
- Maintain employee records and HR documentation
- Support onboarding and joining formalities
- Assist in attendance and leave management
- Coordinate with different departments for HR-related activities
- Help in preparing reports and maintaining HR databases
