Spericorn Technology is seeking a highly skilled AI Implementor & Transformation Lead to spearhead the integration of Artificial Intelligence across our products, services, and internal operations. Minimum 4 years of hands-on experience in AI/ML engineering — not just theoretical exposure. This is a dual-purpose role: hands-on technical development and driving company-wide AI adoption. The ideal candidate is a builder, strategist, and educator — someone who can design and ship production-grade AI systems while also coaching teams and converting workflows into AI-augmented equivalents.
Key Responsibilities
• Design, build, and deploy end-to-end AI and ML solutions integrated into our products and client projects
• Develop Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) pipelines using vector databases (Pinecone, Weaviate, pgvector) and LLM backends
• Build and maintain Agentic AI systems — autonomous agents, multi-agent pipelines, tool-use frameworks, and task orchestration
• Implement solutions using Claude (Anthropic), GPT-4, Gemini, and other frontier models via APIs and SDKs
• Develop with Cursor AI and other AI-native IDEs; leverage GitHub Copilot, Codeium, and similar tools for accelerated development
• Build MCP (Model Context Protocol) servers and integrations to extend AI capabilities across internal and client-facing tools
• Architect robust AI infrastructure — prompt engineering, fine-tuning, evaluation frameworks, and monitoring pipelines
• Implement AI-augmented workflows including automated reporting, intelligent document processing, code review bots, and AI-assisted client communication
