TILT ARCADES  is focused on immersive entertainment experiences, VR arcade games, and attraction-based entertainment solutions. The company works with entertainment venues, malls, gaming centers, and experiential businesses across multiple markets.

Role Summary

We are looking for a driven and confident Sales Executive to handle sales activities for VR Arcade Games and Equipment. This role is primarily focused on telecalling, lead generation, client communication, follow-ups, and converting prospects into business opportunities.

The ideal candidate should be comfortable speaking with clients across India, clearly explaining products and services, scheduling demos, and coordinating with internal teams to ensure smooth follow-up and sales support.

This is a Work From Office (WFO) role with a strong emphasis on outbound calling and client relationship management.

Language Requirement

Mandatory communication skills in:

  • Hindi

  • Tamil

  • Malayalam

  • English

Since this is a customer-facing sales role targeting multiple Indian markets, strong regional language communication is important for building trust and handling client conversations effectively.


Key Responsibilities

  • Handle outbound telecalling and lead generation for VR Arcade Games and Equipment solutions.

  • Reach out to potential clients through calls, emails, LinkedIn, and follow-ups.

  • Explain product features, business value, and venue suitability to prospects.

  • Schedule demo meetings and coordinate discussions with the sales team.

  • Maintain and update lead databases and CRM regularly.

  • Follow up with interested clients and move leads through the sales pipeline.

  • Coordinate with internal teams for proposals, quotations, and deployment discussions.

  • Build relationships with venue owners, operators, and business partners.

  • Share regular sales updates, call reports, and pipeline status with the team.

  • Collect customer feedback and market insights to support business growth.

Preferred Skills

Candidate Profile

  • 1–2 years of experience in sales, telecalling, business development, or customer handling roles.

  • Strong communication and convincing skills.

  • Comfortable with outbound calling and regular client follow-ups.

  • Basic understanding of sales processes and lead handling.

  • Self-motivated and target-oriented.

  • Ability to communicate product value clearly to clients.

  • Willingness to learn and grow in a fast-paced sales environment.

Preferred Experience

Preference will be given to candidates with experience in:

  • Telecalling or inside sales

  • Entertainment, gaming, VR, or attractions industry

  • Customer relationship management

  • Lead generation and follow-up handling
