Brief Description
We are looking for a Python Developer who can contribute to end-to-end application development, design, and build scalable backend components while maintaining high technical quality.
- Own backend features from requirement understanding through design, development, and deployment
- Design and implement scalable, maintainable backend services and APIs
- Break down functional requirements into well-defined technical tasks and deliver within agreed timelines
- Write production-grade Python code with proper error handling, logging, and performance optimization
- Build and consume RESTful APIs and integrate with external services
- Ensure code quality, reusability, and adherence to engineering best practices
- Actively participate in code reviews and technical design discussions
- Debug complex issues and continuously improve system stability and performance
- Collaborate closely with frontend, QA, and product stakeholders for smooth delivery
- Proactively identify technical gaps, risks, and improvement opportunities
- Support and guide junior developers through technical reviews and knowledge sharing
- Follow Git-based version control, code review workflows, and Agile/Scrum development practices
