Core Technical Skills
- Strong fundamentals in Bluetooth Classic and BLE technologies
- Hands-on experience with A2DP, HFP/HSP, AVRCP, PBAP, SPP, and GATT profiles
- Experience with Android Bluetooth stack, HAL, and embedded Linux environments
- Implement and debug Bluetooth audio streaming, pairing, reconnect, and role switching
- Strong debugging skills using btmon, hcidump, snoop logs, adb, and logcat
- Optimize Bluetooth latency, stability, power management, and BT/Wi-Fi coexistence
- Experience handling production scenarios including auto-reconnect and suspend/resume flows
- Support CTS/VTS validation and release readiness activities
Desired Skills
- Exposure to Android Auto and LE Audio
- Experience with Qualcomm Bluetooth stack
- Knowledge of audio pipelines, codecs, and latency optimization
- Good problem-solving, debugging, and ownership mindset
