Brief Description

We are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated Junior Business Development Executive to join our growing team. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, a passion for sales and client interaction, and the ability to identify new business opportunities. Candidates with internship experience in marketing/business development or hands-on exposure to CRM platforms and lead generation tools will have an added advantage.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and generate new business opportunities through cold calling, email campaigns, LinkedIn outreach, and market research
  • Build and maintain relationships with prospective clients
  • Schedule meetings and demos for the sales team
  • Maintain accurate lead and customer data in CRM systems
  • Follow up with prospects and nurture leads throughout the sales pipeline
  • Assist in preparing proposals, presentations, and sales reports
  • Collaborate with marketing and sales teams for lead generation activities
  • Research target companies and decision-makers using prospecting tools

Preferred Skills

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Basic understanding of business development and sales processes
  • Familiarity with CRM platforms such as HubSpot, Zoho CRM, Salesforce, or similar tools
  • Knowledge of lead generation and outreach tools like Apollo.io, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, or similar platforms is preferred
  • Good interpersonal and negotiation skills
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively
  • Proficiency in MS Office and Google Workspace

    Qualifications

    • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Commerce, or related field
    • Freshers with relevant internships are encouraged to apply
    • Internship experience in sales, marketing, lead generation, or customer engagement will be an added advantage
