We are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated Junior Business Development Executive to join our growing team. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, a passion for sales and client interaction, and the ability to identify new business opportunities. Candidates with internship experience in marketing/business development or hands-on exposure to CRM platforms and lead generation tools will have an added advantage.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and generate new business opportunities through cold calling, email campaigns, LinkedIn outreach, and market research
- Build and maintain relationships with prospective clients
- Schedule meetings and demos for the sales team
- Maintain accurate lead and customer data in CRM systems
- Follow up with prospects and nurture leads throughout the sales pipeline
- Assist in preparing proposals, presentations, and sales reports
- Collaborate with marketing and sales teams for lead generation activities
- Research target companies and decision-makers using prospecting tools
